Illustrative scenario
Blended return moved from roughly 2.1× to 3.4× in six weeks, with acquisition cost down about 28% — on an unchanged budget.

The challenge
Around $80k a month was spread evenly across Meta and Google because nobody could prove which angles deserved more. Reporting arrived weekly, so a campaign that stopped working on a Tuesday kept spending until the following Monday. The team knew the average was mediocre; they could not see which half of the spend was carrying it.
The strategy
We rebuilt the account around angles rather than campaigns, then let the loop run continuously. Dozens of hook-and-audience combinations launched together, with auto-scale and auto-kill thresholds set against the brand’s real acquisition-cost target rather than a platform-reported proxy. Budget moved as conversion data arrived instead of waiting for a reporting cycle. By week three the spend had consolidated into three angles; the rest were cut.

The budget stopped being a plan we argued about once a quarter and became something that moved on evidence every day.
