Growth Data Infrastructure
Every click traced to the sale it made.
Clicks, sessions, leads, orders and refunds land in one warehouse you own — stitched to a person, joined to revenue, and reconciled against the platforms that each claim the same sale. It is the layer every other service reads from and writes back to, so the number on the dashboard, the number the optimizer bids against and the number in your finance export are one number.
Growth Data Infrastructure puts clicks, sessions, leads, orders and refunds in one warehouse you own, stitched to a person and joined to revenue. One conversion definition is reconciled across every platform, and server-side conversions feed back to the ad platforms, deduplicated. Consent, retention and access rules are written into the pipeline.
-
The tension
The click is in one system, the lead in another, the order in a third, and the refund in none of them. Every question that crosses a boundary — what did this channel actually earn — becomes an export, a spreadsheet and an argument, and the answer arrives after the decision it was meant to inform.
-
The shift
One spine, owned by you: events captured at the source, identities stitched across sessions and devices, revenue joined back from the CRM or the store, and a single agreed definition of a sale that every platform is reconciled against. The same spine feeds the conversions back out — server-side, deduplicated — so the ad platforms optimize on real outcomes instead of the front half of the funnel.
-
The outcome
One number, defensible in front of finance. Optimization that bids toward revenue instead of form-fills. And a warehouse that stays yours if we ever stop working together.
What you get
Concrete, not fluff.
-
A warehouse you own — not a vendor's copy of your data
-
Event capture and identity stitching, click through to customer
-
One conversion definition, reconciled across every platform
-
Server-side conversion feeds back to the ad platforms, deduplicated
-
Consent, retention and access rules written into the pipeline
-
The models and the pipeline documented, and handed over
How it works
Brief in, live campaign out.
-
Audit what you already collect
-
Capture events at the source
-
Stitch clicks to people
-
Join people to revenue
-
Feed the platforms and the agents
It loops — every cycle feeds the next.
The proof
A number is only as good as the join underneath it.
Raw clicks resolving to people, and people to closed orders — the share of revenue nobody can account for shrinking as the joins land.
A multi-channel e-commerce business could attribute roughly a third of its orders to a source with any confidence; the platforms between them claimed about 1.6× the revenue the store had actually taken. After the spine went in, matched orders reached around nine in ten and the platform over-claim was quantified rather than argued about. Directional, not a named client.

Frequently asked questions
-
No. It is built to run without one and documented so that a team could take it over — which is the point. If you already have data engineers, they usually keep ownership and we build to their conventions rather than beside them.
-
In your warehouse, on your cloud account, under your billing — BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or Postgres, whichever you already run. If you do not run one yet, we will recommend the cheapest thing that fits your volume rather than the largest thing that fits our comfort.
-
You keep it. The warehouse, the pipeline and the models are yours, in your account, with the documentation. There is no export process because there is nothing to export from — we never held it.
-
Consent state travels with the event rather than being checked at the end, so a record that was never permitted does not enter the pipeline in the first place. Retention windows and column-level access are set with you at build time, and deletion requests propagate through the joins.
-
It is the layer underneath it. Dashboards is the view; this is the spine the view reads from. You can buy the view first and the spine later — most accounts do — but a dashboard built on unjoined data will show you six confident numbers that disagree.
-
The audit and the first joined view typically land inside a few weeks; identity stitching and the conversion feed-back follow. Nothing waits on the whole build being finished — each stage is useful on its own, which is also how we would rather be judged.
