Careers
Come be the intelligence that isn't artificial.
The agents do the drafts, the research passes and the anomaly sweeps. You do the parts machines cannot: the call on what matters, the creative leap, the client's trust. If you are senior enough to own a number and curious enough to keep re-learning the job, this is among the more interesting seats in marketing.

Process
Four steps, and a decision within a week.
-
A conversation, not a screen
Thirty minutes with someone who does the job you are applying for. We will tell you what the role actually involves, including the parts nobody enjoys.
-
A piece of real work
Paid, scoped to a few hours, and drawn from something we genuinely need an answer to. We do not run unpaid take-homes and we do not ask for spec work.
-
Meet the people you would work with
Not a panel. The two or three people whose week would change if you joined, with time for you to interrogate us as hard as we interrogated you.
-
A decision, quickly
Within a week of the last conversation, either way, with the reasoning. A slow no is the most expensive thing an employer can do to a candidate.
What we look for
Four things, consistently.
- Senior enough to own a number without being asked twice
- Curious enough to keep re-learning a job that changes quarterly
- Willing to say the uncomfortable thing to a client, with evidence
- Comfortable letting machines do the parts machines are better at
